How PremiumONE Began

We started PremiumONE with the vision to completely redefine the home buying and selling experience. After many years of buying, selling, renting, and renovating homes, we were disillusioned by the entire real estate brokerage model. Each time we bought or sold real estate we would ask ourselves :

  • In this digital age, why is the home seller still paying 5-6% commission?

  • Why is the commission split 50/50 between seller’s and buyer’s agents?

  • Why does the seller have to be locked into a 6-month listing agreement?

  • Why is the quality of service so inconsistent between agents, even when they represent the same real estate brokerage company?

We realized that the brokerage industry commission system and service standards were antiquated and decided to shake up the industry. And, PremiumONE was born!

After interviewing dozens of real estate agents, we discovered that on an average, agents spend 80% of their time looking for new clients and only 20% of their time servicing them. Hence, the low productivity of the current real estate brokerage model and the need to charge 5-6% commission. 

At PremiumONE, we decided to turn the entire real estate buying & selling system on its head! We created a technology-driven unique model that:

  • Generates leads for the agents

  • Standardizes the marketing process for selling homes          

  • Has agents spend 80+% of their time servicing clients, rather than searching for new clients

  • Improves agent’s productivity multifold
