Payal’s passion for real estate originates from a young age when she developed a fondness and, in due course, acumen to proficiently analyze, market, and flip residential and commercial properties in Monmouth/ Mercer county in New Jersey while honing her skills working for her family’s real estate business. She also worked as a project manager for various investment banks demonstrating her ability to adapt to meet needs for clients with varying objectives. Along with her husband and older daughter, Payal moved to Summit, New Jersey approximately 10 years ago from NYC and her family has since grown (she had another daughter a few years later). She knows, firsthand, the importance and value that a community can have while raising a family and she has been heavily involved with various volunteer roles within the Summit/Short Hills community.
